Distilled in a combination of copper pots and column stills. Ultra smooth and honey-forward with notes of vanilla, light caramel, and faint notes of herbal green tea. Imported from Ireland.

McShea’s and Ginger

Add 2 oz McShea’s Irish Whiskey and
4 oz premium ginger beer to ice-filled highball glass;
Stir 10–15 seconds.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

Big, rich, and complex. Delightful spice and pepper notes fade to milk chocolate with just a hint of smoke.

Old Fashioned Cocktail

Add 2 oz Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel,
0.5 oz simple syrup*,
and a dash of bitters to ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously until chilled;
strain into ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with orange peel swath.

*To make simple syrup from scratch: Add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to small saucepan on low heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved; chill. Set aside 0.5 oz syrup; refrigerate remaining syrup for other drinks.
